$220,000 first time home purchase

This young couple with four young children had worked hard to save and put themselves in a position to purchase their first home. The quest started in late October with the desire to be in a new home by Christmas.  After several meetings, multiple home showings, adhering to location restrictions due to work and school travel distances, their dream home was under contract by mid-November. The closing process was relatively typical but for a first home buyer it was all a new experience. This couple's focused attention to achieve their dream was realized when the sale closed on the 19th of December, just in time to move in and set up the Christmas Tree. I found it a real pleasure to help this couple fulfill their` dream and the best part was that the home turned out to be walking distance from the school their children would attend.
